Terms and Conditions

By checking “I agree” and completing your checkout, you (“Participant”) and The Agent League (“Provider”) agree to the following:

1. Parties

• Provider: The Agent League

• Participant: The individual whose name and email appear on the checkout form.

2. Fees & Payment

• Participant selects a Training Camp or Offer package and pays the one-time fee shown on the checkout form.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of checkout.

3. Access & License

• Provider grants Participant a personal, non-transferable license to access only the course and program Materials included in their selected offer.

• All Materials remain the sole intellectual property of Provider; Participant may use them only in their own business.

4. Scope of Content & Due Diligence

• Materials (strategies, templates, prompts, guides, videos, etc.) are educational.

• Participant is responsible for verifying how these Materials apply under local laws, regulations, board rules, brokerage or company policies, and trade-area guidelines before implementation.

5. Prohibited Use & Respectful Participation

• Unauthorized sharing, resale, repurposing, or redistribution of Materials (including login credentials) is strictly prohibited.

• Participant agrees to respectful, professional behavior in any live or group sessions.

6. Termination & Removal

- Provider may immediately remove a Participant from the program (without refund) for:

- Rude, harassing, or unprofessional behavior toward staff or other Participants

- Sharing or distributing Materials to unauthorized parties

- Repurposing or misrepresenting Materials as Participant’s own work

- Any other breach of these Terms or the Respectful Participation policy

7. No Guarantees

The Agent League does not guarantee specific results, income, or performance. Success depends on Participant’s effort, market conditions, and compliance with local rules.

8. Refund & Satisfaction Support

• All sales are final; no refunds once digital access is granted.

• For purchases of $3,000 or more, if truly unsatisfied, Participant may request up to two 30-minute support calls to troubleshoot content issues and work toward a fair resolution.

Offers under $3,000 are not eligible for these satisfaction support calls.

9. Updates, Platform Policies & Support

• Provider may update or revise Materials at its discretion as AI, industry best practices, board regulations and platform policies evolve.

• Meta, Google, and other platform algorithms and rules change frequently; Provider will endeavor to incorporate major updates into Materials, but Participant remains responsible for monitoring and researching any platform-specific changes.

• Basic email support is included; any extended consulting or coaching must be arranged separately.

10. Email Consent

• By providing your email during checkout, Participant consents to receive transactional emails and may also receive marketing communications from The Agent League.

• Participant may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Advice

• Materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

• Participant should seek appropriate professional counsel before acting on any information.

12. Entire Agreement & Amendments

• These Terms plus the checkout form details constitute the entire agreement between Provider and Participant.

• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By checking “I agree,” on the checkout page you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
